PURPOSE:
The “On Stars Radio Network” policy has been developed to enable individuals to make substantial contributions to their departments and the company.  The Company policy establishes equitable standards and effective procedures reduce liability cost, inconsistencies and fair treatment for all individuals on behalf of On Stars Radio Network. This policy will also provide direction and guidelines, which will govern scope of reimbursement expenses, in conjunction with entertainment bookings, and other business related handlings, along with other reports and accountability connected with each.

OBJECTIVE:
To ensure all employees, consultants, contractors, guest candidates, etc. (Appearance and Payments on behalf of both the guest and company) are reimbursed and/or paid in full on and after contract fulfillment. Guest arrangements, approvals and audits, have a clear and consistent understanding of the policies and procedures of guest arrangements/request, guest approvals, guest and company reimbursements and company deposits, entrainment/entertainer and other business related expenses and conditions.

SCOPE OF POLICY:
This police apply to all employees of On Star Radio Network, Guest and all divisions and subsidiaries thereof.

POLICY COMPIANCE AND RESONSIBILTIES:

The company intends to reimburse a portion of all deposits made by the scheduled guest after carrying out the assigned or contracted duties of their position and/or contracted talent.  Direct or indirect compensation of any sort from any guest or entity outside of the companies’ initial pre arranged agreement to employees is not, nor should any employee consider it to be expectable practice or behavior for addition compensation on behalf of the company. Violators of this policy will be subject to possible disciplinary action or legal criminal charges depending on the level of severityThe Company Assumes no Obligation to Reimburse Any Employee for Expenses Incurred Outside Of This Policy, Company knowledge or Company direction.

EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
·         Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reports.
·         Exercising proper business judgment regarding entertainment, technical support, expenses etc.
·         Ensure all contracts are signed, confirm appearance dates, stay abreast of all payments and deposits, and submit periodic reports on all services within a timely fashion.
·         Ensure the comfort and reasonable care of all guest, consultants and contractors etc. (On behalf of the company).
·         Ensure the proper filing and care of all company materials and documentation.
·         Ensure all company ideas, forums and meetings and personal information are keep confidential unless otherwise stated.

MANGERS ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
·         Monitoring Guest appearances, entertainment/entertainer, employees and other business related connections
·         Reviewing and approving all expense reports and guest appearance/arrangements within three days, to ensure expenses and arranges are proper reasonable and supported by the appropriate documentation.
·         Rejecting any non-reimbursable or inappropriate expenses, practices and/or behaviors outlined in this policy.
·         Knowing and adhering to the policies and ensuring all employees in their departments understand and comply with the policies.
·         Acting as a liaison between both company and the client to ensure the best quality customer service and professionalism offered in behalf of the company and client.
·         Submitting periodic reports of expenses, employee infractions, duties, activities and guest appearances  
·         Direct contact and communication with all employees and company directors/president and scheduled guest.
·         Making him/herself readily available for employees, clients and directors/president within a reasonable time frame.  
·         Ensure the confidentiality of all personnel and company dealings.

INCIDENTAILS:
            The company will not reimburse any guest, contractor, consultant, employees etc. for services not rendered. All performances, pre scheduled show appearances cancellations must be done within 48hours of the show appearances or service.
            Any employee or company representative who submits a report containing fraudulent data shall be subject to immediate dismissal from the company and possible criminal charges.

For THIS POLICY TO operate successfully, it is essential that all persons follow the outline of the policy. We thank all employees, consultants, contractors and guest for the support of the company.

Policy Changes:

            Due to increasing popularity of our production, as of July 1, 2011 all guests who appear on the “On Stars Radio Network” show are required to make a deposit of $50 in order to secure their schedules appearance on the show.
